MetLife Direct to Consumer
Description:
MetLife wanted to improve their position in the auto insurance consumer marketplace by providing potential customers with an easy way to get an honest quote and eventually purchase a policy. With this online service, drivers would also have the ability to manage their monthly payments and monitor their claims.
In addition to producing the page designs, illustrations were created to show how product would function in a real life user scenario to push the initial concept. The end product helped MetLife improve to number 2 on Forrester’s US Mobile Auto Insurance Functionality Report for acquisitions in 2015.
